This comprehensive tour include sites on both Tahiti Nui and Tahiti iti your experienced guide will share 30 years of Tahitian experiences.
Full Day tours are approximately 8 hours and will include sites on both Tahiti Nui and Tahiti Iti. Departure time is around 9am, we can stop for lunch (not inc.), the tour ends at around 5pm. On Tahiti’s west coast we find Mara'a fern cave, the Marae Arahurahu, Papara surf beach and Vaipahi Water gardens, a visit to the Museum of Tahiti and Her islands is possible (entry not inc.). Then onto Tahiti Iti: visit Teahupoo to see the famous wave, or climb to the Belvedere view point to admire the view of the isthmus or perhaps visit Tautira village described by Robert louis Stephenson as a Garden of Eden, with its stunning mountain views and black sand beach. Continue onto the east coast of Tahiti with its luxuriant vegetation, waterfalls, black sand beaches and plunging cliffs, where the ocean has created blowholes in the pillow lava. Visit Venus Point on Matavai Bay and admire the view from the Taharaa hill.
